Predefined functions for Tasks

With the Task Wizard, the "wizard", you can carry out longer function sequences with just one click.

Various functions are already available, more will follow. We are happy to receive your suggestions.

Tip: The function >Completed by Externals, for example, complements the extensive functions of pinacos as a portal for external users, such as clients, inventors or service providers.

Child Tasks

Structure Tasks hierarchically

With the new hierarchy of Parent Task and Child Tasks, you can structure work processes even better. Child Tasks can also be created later, depending on the progress of the process.

In the Tasks Dashlet, you can expand and collapse the structure using an arrow. The status of the Child Tasks is indicated by a coloured circle in the form of a pie chart.

Tip: Parent Tasks are used as "Case Tasks" for double term monitoring, while Child Tasks are used as "Work Tasks" or "Document Tasks" for the actual processing.

Stepttasks

Tasks in Schritte unterteilen

Die Funktionalität der Steptasks unterteilt eine Task in Schritte, die automatisiert nacheinander durchlaufen werden.Die Schritte sind in einer Step Sequence graphisch angezeigt. Der einzelneStep hat die weitgehend gleiche Funktion, wie eine vollwertige Task.

Im Tasks Dashlet erkennst du eine Steptask an einem farbiger Balken, der in der Art eines Fortschrittbalkens den Status der einzelnen Steps anzeigt.

Die Funktionalität der Steptasks lässt sich in den Task Templates vollständig mittels der dortigen Vorlagen abbilden.

Credit Note

Create a credit note

As you know, pinacos includes an integrated time and cost management. Starting with Time Recording and Time Logging, through Cost Entries to the Invoice.

You can now also void an Invoice. During this process a Credit Note (in German: Gutschrift) is generated.

This Credit Note is also initially made available to you as a "DRAFT".

Costs Uncharged

When costs cannot be charged

Costs, i.e. Cost Entries that cannot be charged to a client or customer, do not have to be deleted. You can now simply mark them as such.

The Cost Entries marked in this way appear in light grey and their "Subtotal Net" is added as "Uncharged" above the cost table.

Tip: Cost Entries that have the status "Uncharged" can be fully evaluated using the reports.

Account Stamp

Stamp Documents with a company stamp as usual

As you know, at pinacos every Document is also a PDF, which is displayed in the Annotator in a functionally high-quality preview. In the Annotator, you can put various annotations on every Document, no matter what kind, for yourself and for other users. Up to now, the Annotations have included four stamps (with light blue, red, orange and green icons).

Now another stamp has been added, the "Account Stamp", with the dark blue icon.

In order to be able to set an Account stamp, the Account Admin must store it in the "Manage Application" area.

Personalised Comment Texts

Annotations even easier and more personal

The Annotator is a powerful and versatile tool. To further improve its functions, we have expanded the Comment Text there to three functions:

With Picture / Date / Comment Text you insert a Comment showing your avatar picture as well as date, time and user, followed by the text itself.

With Date / Comment Text you insert a Comment that shows the date, time and user, followed by the text itself.

With Comment Text you insert a Comment where only the text itself is shown.
